Lead environment and matte painting at Weta FX -
My focus was mainly on creating workflows, templates and production schedule for the team. I also followed up on deliverables with other departments, looked into the schedule and tasks assignment as well as trained junior artists. I have also worked on shading, lighting, layout modelling and set dressing for shots and master setups.
