A year and a half of work as the lead of the matte painting, environment team at Weta FX. Supervising a team of 8 people through out the whole length of the show delivering over 300 shots of the Talo Village environment. As this was a multiple vendor environment I had to supervise packaging and receipt of other vendor's work. With key members of the team we had to create tools to be able to imports updated packages while working on our part of the environment and constantly delivering FL materials to the client.
